Chretien LiBeing regarded as the “universal language,” music has curiously managed to sway the emotions of individuals across all peoples and all generations. With no concrete symbolism or linguistic representation, music still manages to communicate ideas and feelings between the musician and listener. Whether it be listening casually or intently, interpreting or discovering, music and its history has always been an outlet for me, a place where I don’t need to worry. By inheriting these ideas from other artists through their own defined mediums and sounds, I have discovered new personal growths and understandings of different perspectives.
